Alfredo Vilano
Senior Designer
An alumnus of Muir College Class of 2000, Alfredo graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Computing in the Arts Major. His design experience extends to even before his college days, and he wakes every morning eager to apply all of his skills and expertise to ASGS projects. Currently, he enjoys working with the Center for Student Involvement, and can't wait to add his creative magic to the program. He makes mountains out of molehills, puts the "ooh " in taboo, and challenges you to question "Is this guy serious, OR NAH? " When the sun sets, this hip hop dancer turned country line dancing king takes to the stage. We're all certain he's stumbled across the Fountain of Youth, but he won't tell.

As a person deeply interested in people's unique perspectives and experiences, he hopes to use design to help others share their stories and make the world a generally better place to be. When he's not cooking something up on Illustrator or Figma, come by and ask this boba aficionado for recommendations or what his Spotify listening history looks like.

Grace Chun
Made TO Order Manager
Grace is a fourth-year studying Business Psychology, AAPI Studies, and Design! As the Made TO Order(MTO) manager for Triton Outfitters, she works closely with ASGS to turn custom merchandise ideas into reality. She's on the hunt for San Diego's best study cafe & lavender matcha latte (+ appreciates any recommendations!). On a daily basis you can find her scouring yelp for local food spots, breaking out into a (very inaccurate) british accent, jamming out to glee song covers, and day-dreaming about her next concert!

Melissa Ewart
Founder, Chief Executive Consultant, Mom
Melissa, or more commonly known as the Graphic Studio's main character, is the founder of the AS Graphic Studio. She is a Revelle College alumna with a B.A. in Visual Arts, Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts. Melissa is our go-to-gal for absolutely anything and has been the heart of the Graphic Studio since 2008. She spends most of her time thinking up crazy ways to integrate innovative graphic design solutions to the UC San Diego community, but when she's off the clock (which is rare) she is somewhere cute with her family and friends, and a Diet Pepsi in hand. She is a craft master, beach lover, and mother to us all!

Pusheen
Mascot
A recent addition since ASGS/Triton Outfitters Christmas Potluck of 2015, Pusheen is the vigilant watch-cat of the office. You can find her in her favorite spot perched high above Thao's desk. Don't be fooled by her adorable pink bow though, because she will protect her family (and her donut) tooth and nail!
